English Version
In my neighborhood, there is an old house. It is very big, but it is empty. There is a large garden in front of the house, but there isn't a fence. In the garden, there are three tall trees, but there aren't any flowers.
Inside the house, the atmosphere is strange. There is a piano in the living room, but there isn't a chair to sit on. Upstairs, there are four bedrooms. In the bedrooms, there are some old beds, but there aren't any pillows. People say there is a ghost in the attic, but I don't believe it because there isn't any proof!

En mi vecindario, hay (there is) una casa antigua. Es muy grande, pero está vacía. Hay (there is) un jardín grande frente a la casa, pero no hay (there isn't) una cerca. En el jardín, hay (there are) tres árboles altos, pero no hay (there aren't) ninguna flor.
Dentro de la casa, el ambiente es extraño. Hay (there is) un piano en la sala, pero no hay (there isn't) una silla para sentarse. Arriba, hay (there are) cuatro dormitorios.
